We reserve the right to decline orders for any high value purchases.
All turf is delivered within a maximum of 72 hours on a date pre arranged with the customer. Delivery is either carried out using our own transport or via a reputable palletised network company. Please see the turf delivery page for more information about how are deliveries are carried out.
Orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arranged delivery date. This must be done via the Rollaturf office who can be contacted on 01325 339259. Orders cancelled within the agreed timeframe will receive a full refund.
If turf is delivered to a customer and is not as described they should notify the Rollaturf office within 24 hours. Provided the customer can prove via photographs that their turf was not up to standard they are eligible for a refund. Once agreed the refund will be issued to the customer within 7 working days. If a customer misses a delivery due to being unavailable we can rearrange delivery the next day at the customers cost and cannot issue any refunds. Deliveries outside of the North East are carried out using Palletways who offer a kerbside delivery with taillift vehicles. They will not offer a service beyond the kerbside. If any deliveries are turned away due to customers not being happy with a kerbside delivery Rollaturf cannot offer any refunds.
